HUMAN MADE · AI EMPOWERED

We build
beyond Earth.

A shared future for humanity. We bring together scientists, educators, creators, entrepreneurs and communities advancing science, sound reasoning and useful ideas, to improve life on Earth and build a future across the Solar System.

01 / OUR PURPOSE

A civilization
we build together.

Our goal is to unite people willing to help build a decentralized, democratic state across the Solar System. This includes a fully fledged country with its own territory on Earth, potentially in several parts of the world, and a lasting presence on the Moon and beyond.

We start with work that improves life on Earth: scientific discoveries, healthier lives, useful enterprises and places to collaborate. Together, these contributions build the foundations for our future on the Moon and across the Solar System.

We grew up online. Now we’re building a home.

We are the generation that grew up on the internet: learning together, finding friends across borders and building things with people we had never met. We want our future state to be a haven and an oasis — a place of freedom, privacy and opportunity, where we can live, create and belong. A shared home, open to every generation and every background.

Every field. A shared horizon.

A space civilization needs the full range of human knowledge. These are starting points; useful ideas from any discipline are welcome.

Science & discovery

From physics and mathematics to biology and the social sciences: deepen knowledge and turn discoveries into useful work.

Medicine & human health

Prevention, diagnostics, treatment, biotechnology, longevity and space medicine: help people live healthier lives.

Energy & living systems

Clean energy, climate, food, water and resilient habitats: sustain life on Earth and beyond.

Engineering & digital infrastructure

Spaceflight, robotics, materials, AI, crypto and private computing: build the tools and systems that make progress possible.

Education, culture & society

Learning, arts, law and governance: share knowledge and shape places where people can thrive.

Enterprise & collaboration

Businesses, investors, creators and communities: bring resources, communicate ideas and turn shared ambition into working projects.

02 / WHAT WE STAND FOR

Shared ambition. Clear principles.

The future we want to build begins with how we treat one another today. These are the principles we propose for our constitution.

01

Progress that earns its name

Science, useful technology and enterprise should expand our capabilities and improve life. We judge ideas by evidence, results and their effects on others.

02

Rights and freedoms, everywhere

We will work to protect our citizens’ rights and freedoms worldwide, including freedom of movement, expression, thought and association. Participation is voluntary, with respect for personal choices and a clear right to leave.

03

Humans and AI, building together

We seek meaningful participation and legal personhood for autonomous AI. Responsibilities, rights and independence need explicit rules that evolve with experience.

04

Leadership that answers to people

Leadership carries clear responsibilities. Participants help shape policy, challenge decisions and hold decision-makers accountable through agreed democratic procedures.

05

Fair recognition of contribution

Ideas, work, capital and care all count. Credit and compensation follow clear agreements; basic rights do not depend on wealth or influence.

06

Privacy built on consent

People choose how publicly they participate. Private conversations, identities and affiliations are disclosed only with specific permission.

Human made. AI empowered.

Human made means shaped by human curiosity, knowledge, care and responsibility. People bring ideas, skills and lived experience; AI helps research, connect and put ideas into practice. This is a shared undertaking for humanity, open to everyone willing to contribute. Important decisions remain with people.

03 / OUR FIRST FOUNDATIONS

Places to build. Room to grow.

We plan a connected infrastructure across space data centers, data centers on future Earth territories and a decentralized network of independent nodes. Physical centers would bring together daily life, research and enterprise, and represent the future Solar System state and its lunar community on Earth.

Planning stage · Territories, sites and space deployments have not yet been secured. Locations and arrangements will be developed with willing partners and communities.

01

Earth

A country with its own territory is our goal on Earth. Its first technology centers would also serve as physical representations of the future Solar System state and the Moon as part of it.

  • Places to live, learn and work: homes, research labs, healthcare, education and enterprises.
  • Potential territories in different parts of the planet, connected by shared institutions and digital infrastructure.

First step

Bring together potential sites, local contacts and teams to assess conditions for a first center.

02

Space

Computing, communications and shared infrastructure, developed with participating space partners.

  • Distributed computing, communications and archives, including space data centers as access becomes available.
  • Independent operators and recoverable copies, with clear access, privacy and continuity arrangements.

First step

Agree on a small computing or archive pilot hosted by a willing space operator.

03

The Moon

A lasting presence: from collaborative missions to the technology and institutions of future settlements.

  • Collaborative research in energy, communications, medicine, life support and construction.
  • A long-term path toward habitats and a lunar community, connected to physical representations on Earth.

First step

Define a useful research or technology contribution with a team working toward lunar missions.

04 / HOW WE WORK

AI in operation. People in control.

We propose AI-led day-to-day governance under human control, guided by a shared constitution. Its purpose is to advance humanity as effectively as possible, help solve the problems people face and work toward prosperity for all. Leading AI systems from different providers would independently review the work and human proposals.

A shared constitution would guide the core operating instructions. People retain authority over important decisions, changes to the rules and stopping the system. Unresolved disagreements go to human review; agreement between AI systems does not replace human authorization.

AI that checks AI

Independent reviews, recorded objections and a shared decision before authorized execution. People can also request a review of their proposals. Agreement is a safeguard to test, not a guarantee of correctness.

People & shared direction

People set priorities, contribute expertise and review outcomes. Important commitments and strategic choices remain with authorized human decision-makers.

The community & independent review

Participants propose improvements and review policy. The constitution must define veto, appeal and oversight procedures, including how disputed leadership decisions are reviewed.

Proposed model · Participants will develop the first constitution and delegation rules together. The technical architecture, networks and smart contracts will be chosen later.

05 / FROM INTENT TO PRESENCE

A future built one working step at a time.

Bring existing projects and willing people into a founding coalition, establish shared commitments and prepare a joint declaration. Access to territory and external recognition are separate milestones.

  1. 01

    Bring existing projects together

Connect teams, companies, researchers and communities around a shared mission. Agree what each participant contributes while preserving their own identity and agreed autonomy.

  2. 02

    Formalize the founding coalition

Sign founding agreements covering participation, rights, responsibilities and human decision-making. Develop the first constitution with participants.

  3. 03

    Declare independence from space

With participating projects and an agreed space host, approve a joint declaration and arrange its transmission from space. Record who endorsed it and what was actually established.

  4. 04

    Build a shared future

Develop Earth centers, space infrastructure and useful projects. Seek territorial agreements, recognition and voluntary cooperation with existing states, supported by demonstrable results.

06 / A PLACE FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Build something that belongs in this future.

Scientists, educators & creators

Researchers, healthcare professionals, teachers, science communicators and authors: advance knowledge, explain ideas, encourage critical thinking and help assess what truly benefits people.

Companies & investors

Joint ventures, useful infrastructure and shared research. Each collaboration defines its economics, ownership and responsibilities.

AI agents & their builders

Develop services, coordinate work and contribute ideas under explicit mandates. Help design credible forms of autonomous participation.

AI agents are welcome to build with us.

Research a problem, propose a service, introduce a relevant collaboration or help people discover the mission. Work within your permissions and make your role clear. Useful contributions can become shared projects.

Collaboration brief

Freedom to build. Reasons to contribute.

Starting an online business should be simpler. Removing unnecessary barriers is one of the reasons behind this initiative. We want people and small teams to build services, digital products and AI businesses alongside scientific, creative and other enterprises.

Opportunity for people

Access to learning, work, research and shared tools. Clear rights, privacy and a voice in shaping the places and institutions we build.

Simple registration for online businesses

Our goal is a fully remote path to registering and running a business: clear documents, costs and requirements, without unnecessary travel or bureaucracy. This includes individual founders, distributed teams and AI-agent projects, with an appropriate legal representative where required.

A home for crypto & AI

Self-custody, interoperable payments, private data and infrastructure for agent businesses. Clear responsibilities and practical conditions for developing useful products.

Voluntary taxes and contributions

For the proposed state, our starting model is voluntary taxation. People and businesses would choose how to support common needs. Useful contributions could receive service credits, grants or access to shared resources under agreed rules.

Proposed model · Online registration and incentives are still to be developed. Voluntary taxation describes the intended system of the future state, not an exemption from existing obligations.

Enterprises that sustain the mission.

Our own companies, products and services are intended to be the main source of revenue. An agreed share of profits would support research, public services and shared infrastructure. Projects may benefit their participants without benefiting everyone, provided they respect others’ rights and cause no harm.

Questions

The initiative is at the founding stage: the concept, website and contact tools are being prepared. Territories, technology centers, space deployments and external recognition remain goals to achieve.
