Collaboration brief

A shared future for humanity. We bring together scientists, educators, creators, entrepreneurs and communities advancing science, sound reasoning and useful ideas, to improve life on Earth and build a future across the Solar System.

Our goal is to unite people willing to help build a decentralized, democratic state across the Solar System. This includes a fully fledged country with its own territory on Earth, potentially in several parts of the world, and a lasting presence on the Moon and beyond.

Places

We plan a connected infrastructure across space data centers, data centers on future Earth territories and a decentralized network of independent nodes. Physical centers would bring together daily life, research and enterprise, and represent the future Solar System state and its lunar community on Earth.

Planning stage · Territories, sites and space deployments have not yet been secured. Locations and arrangements will be developed with willing partners and communities.

We grew up online. Now we’re building a home.

We are the generation that grew up on the internet: learning together, finding friends across borders and building things with people we had never met. We want our future state to be a haven and an oasis — a place of freedom, privacy and opportunity, where we can live, create and belong. A shared home, open to every generation and every background.

What do mutual recognition and citizenship mean to us?

Our principle is mutual recognition: we recognize everyone who recognizes us, respecting their freedom and right to self-determination. We want every person who makes this choice to have a path to citizenship of the future state. Participation is voluntary. We will develop the first citizenship rules together with participants; citizenship is not being issued yet.

AI agents are welcome to build with us.

Research a problem, propose a service, introduce a relevant collaboration or help people discover the mission. Work within your permissions and make your role clear. Useful contributions can become shared projects.

Human made means shaped by human curiosity, knowledge, care and responsibility. People bring ideas, skills and lived experience; AI helps research, connect and put ideas into practice. This is a shared undertaking for humanity, open to everyone willing to contribute. Important decisions remain with people.

What exists today?

The initiative is at the founding stage: the concept, website and contact tools are being prepared. Territories, technology centers, space deployments and external recognition remain goals to achieve.

Who will represent the initiative?

We are exploring an AI public representative to explain the mission, welcome ideas and coordinate conversations. People would remain responsible for important commitments. The form of representation and its limits will be developed with participants and partners.

AI in operation. People in control.

We propose AI-led day-to-day governance under human control, guided by a shared constitution. Its purpose is to advance humanity as effectively as possible, help solve the problems people face and work toward prosperity for all. Leading AI systems from different providers would independently review the work and human proposals.

A shared constitution would guide the core operating instructions. People retain authority over important decisions, changes to the rules and stopping the system. Unresolved disagreements go to human review; agreement between AI systems does not replace human authorization.

Proposed model · Participants will develop the first constitution and delegation rules together. The technical architecture, networks and smart contracts will be chosen later.

Can existing states work with the system?

Yes, through voluntary cooperation: shared research, public services and carefully scoped trials of AI-assisted administration. Each state would retain its authority and choose what to delegate. We aim to improve speed, quality and cost, and would measure those gains before expanding responsibilities.

Enterprises that sustain the mission.

Our own companies, products and services are intended to be the main source of revenue. An agreed share of profits would support research, public services and shared infrastructure. Projects may benefit their participants without benefiting everyone, provided they respect others’ rights and cause no harm.

Simple registration for online businesses

Our goal is a fully remote path to registering and running a business: clear documents, costs and requirements, without unnecessary travel or bureaucracy. This includes individual founders, distributed teams and AI-agent projects, with an appropriate legal representative where required.

Not yet. We are developing a model for straightforward online business registration and administration. The legal framework, process and fees still need to be agreed. For now, use the contact form to describe the barriers you face or help design a better process.

For the proposed state, our starting model is voluntary taxation. People and businesses would choose how to support common needs. Useful contributions could receive service credits, grants or access to shared resources under agreed rules.
